Skills:

Within the Digital Art & Technology course, I worked on a group project for one of my final year modules which involved creating and developing a business idea including producing marketing material such as business cards, a website design and a promotional video.

Through carrying out this project successfully I furthered my skills in managing people, and within practical work in a number of different computer programs, such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe After Effects, both of which I regularly used for other work on my degree course. Excelling in all of these areas helped the group to gain a 77% mark for the module.

Interests:

I have keen interests in Photography, Graphic Design and Computing which have been used to great effect within my placements as well as throughout my educational life. I also regularly socialise with friends and often discuss ideas in depth with my peers.

What can I do for you? Jump Down
Brand Identity
So, you've decided upon a company name, business plan and all of your supplier and distribution links thought out; but what's missing?

I am able to produce a full branding service which allows for future business plans and with all of your artwork safely stored, you can be sure that it is secure for further enhancements.

With design skills across a wide range of software and design techniques, I am able to provide you or your organisation with a brand which reflects your professional outlook and of course, if you require any further services, your brand identity can be carried across to any media to ensure continuity throughout all of your artwork.
Print Work/Graphic Design
Over the past few years, I have worked on a range of different Print Work projects from leaflet design, large banners, promotional posters and designs for DVD productions.

The variety of products produced have also included complete marketing campaigns which have included business card, leaflet and poster sets. However, the ability to develop designs for a range of other formats is also available.

Upon all design work being finalised, print work can then be forwarded onto my personal printing contacts who are able to provide high-quality proofs before final printing.

With high-quality printing services to reflect the print designs, you or your company can be assured of a professional product.
Video & Animation
Video is perhaps one of the most widely-used forms of media to get your message across and with the advent of social-networking and video services, there's never been a better time to get your name across in this highly-accessible medium.

My skills range widely within animation and video production which will enable you to gain the advantage when it comes to selling you or your company.

Throughout my years of producing media, I have catered for a range of services and purposes including Music DVDs, Corporate Videos and general filming.

With facilities such as High-Definition video recording, DVD production and video encoding for the Internet, you're also able to have professionalism throughout the production process. As well as this, allowances can also be made for multi-format production including DVD, Internet and Television.

Brand Identity: ClipFlicks
Project Details
Background: During Stage 1 of my (BSc) Digital Art & Technology course at University of Plymouth, I was asked to produce a database-driven project which focused on using multimedia for an interactive purpose for the Introduction To New Media module.

The purpose of this brand identity is to convey the idea of "fun" and colour whilst also promoting the actual idea of the film-based interactive game itself. The brand also involves the game's descriptive tagline "The Interactive Quiz Game" for further clarification.

Technology Used: Adobe Photoshop

Testimonial: "A lot of attention given to problem solving which demonstrates considered production process. The project idea is relevant to the module brief and well implemented alongside a high production value."

It is also important to note that the lettering and spacing used throughout the logo is primarily designed to compliment the concept designs created for the website and other work such as the concept video and the print work.

This year's event was filmed and edited by me and produced as a DVD which was then sold both to the acts and audience, with a percentage of the sales being donated to the Brixham Does Care charity.
